Home Equity Lines of Credit have initial draw periods of 10 years which can be extended for another 5 years at the discretion of AFSB. The repayment period is 15 years. All loan applications are subject to credit and property approval. No fees to use, not use or close your Home Equity Line of Credit loans and No Closing Cost Loans after 36 months.
